Waitlist Terms & Conditions
1. Deposit
A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to join our waitlist. This deposit will be applied to the full purchase price of your puppy. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
2. Puppy Selection
Puppies are selected in the order deposits are received. Once a litter is confirmed, we will contact waitlisted families in order to begin the selection process. We reserve the right to match puppies with families based on temperament and lifestyle compatibility.
3. Health Guarantee
All puppies come with a 1-year genetic health guarantee. Each puppy will receive a health exam prior to leaving our home, will be up to date on vaccinations, and dewormed at 2, 4, 6, and 8 weeks old with a clear fecal test.
4. Spay/Neuter Agreement
All puppies are sold on a strict spay and neuter contract unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon in writing prior to purchase.
5. Pickup & Shipping
No puppies will leave our home until after the puppy reaches 8 weeks old and passes its health exam. Arrangements can be made for local pickup in Arizona or shipping via a professional pet transport service to families nationwide.
6. Payment
Full payment is due before the puppy leaves our care. We accept various payment methods. The remaining balance (purchase price minus deposit) must be paid in full before pickup or shipping.
7. Lifetime Support
Platinum Pomskies provides lifetime breeder support. We are always available to answer questions and provide guidance throughout your Pomsky's life.
